Heading out the Door for 4 miles. Walking the first one and running the last 3.
Maybe it will do me some good and get some of this fluid moving and out of my lungs.

Went on my run/walk, but my chest still feels very tight and I was coughing a lot with the cold air. I walked the whole thing, but I feel great. Even though I wasn't slaving away at run, it was nice to have the time out doors. Still got a good workout.
